Hi, I'm new. Purchased my GS on April 27 -- at an auction. It was “written off” by insurance company after a collision, causing damage to passenger side.
1. ’06 Lexus GS 430, 92,700 km on odometer
2. RWD
3. Exterior Color -- Black
4. 18” factory stock wheels
5. No spoiler
6. Interior color -- black/rosewood trim
7.First-time Lexus owner. Previous car was ’05 Toyota Avalon with 496,000 km -- it's up for sale now. Runs perfectly. Just completed the required safety check on my newly repaired and painted 2006, GS430. Next stop is for license plates at the nearby government office.
On June 17, it goes into the shop for a new timing belt and to fix a minor oil leak, appearing to be coming from the right-side camshaft cover. Then I will be enjoying my new car. More pics coming soon.

Hey yall, hello f from Sherwood park Alberta.
First time on club Lexus but it’s my 3rd Lexus, first two in order were 1999 altezza imported from Japan and a 2001 gs400.
This one is matador red mica with black and grey interior, came with factory wheels and a set of 20” forged vossen’s with falken azenis fk510 tires, factory rear lip spoiler but looking to put a duck bill on it as I like the looks of those more.
well maintained before I got it, smooth as eggs.
previous owner did magnaflow mufflers and tips and everything else is stock.
Few things need to be addressed but it’s expected of a used car!

Is it smoke or is it white steam? I've had other old cars (an old Toyota) that would sometimes blow cold air that would condense into a white cloud as it came out of the vents.
