Default Power cut problems?

Hey guys! I have a buddy with a gte swapped gs300, during WOT his car cuts power at around 5500,4500,6000 etc. but immediately comes back into power. Its not the transmission because itll happen during a gear in “manual mode” and then shift perfectly fine. Itll happen multiple times during a long pull. We ruled out a problem with the throttle body, and we believe its either a fuel or a boost cut but we cannot figure out why it would cut. Its a stock aristo motor running on the aristo ecu, low milage. Thank you!

I have no knowledge of turbo swaps but I do recall reading someone had this problem and I believe it was the fuel pump or something related to that.
