OBD2 Port dead?

So took my 00 gs300 into shop last week to find out no work got done because they couldn't get any reading from the OBD2 port. No power nothing. Now I've had a 'ghost' in my car since I bought it from the car trying to start with no key in the ignition to the car turning on and tilting my wheel to the panic alarm coming on Never could use the fob to lock or unlock. I gotta fix this like asap
is my computer done?
Any ideas on this without heading to Lexus? No one will touch these cars when it's the computer. Toyota no local shops. My closest dealer is Motorworld Lexus on PA. Hour away out of state I'm in NY. Can I replace the harness? Get a used computer? Suggestions before I start into expensive repairs...
