Won't Stay On! WtF

Ok so I have a 99 GS300,
when I turn the car on, it starts but it looks like chokes out and dies, it manages to stay on when I step on the gas pedal and rev tf out of the engine, but it idles rough, and when I put it in Drive it had major hesitation and won't let me go past 1 mph.
Please help!
What can I expect? And what do I need to focus on?
Thank you

Did you (or a mechanic) recently work on your intake or remove the MAF? As I recall it’s easy to put back on upside down and it results in that same symptom

Do you have any check engine lights? Is the engine stock, or are there any mods? Is the gas in the tank clean? Any recent services? Any other useful information?

I actually did, but I'm sure it isn't upside down,
But would that trigger a no start?

I did most of the work myself such as, Fuel pump, ignition coils, spark plugs, and cleaned throttle body

yes. Double check for hopefully an easy button solution

what did you use to clean the throttle body?

Next time you might want to lead with mentioning any work done just before the problems started.

yeah, my fault,

My guess is something isn't plugged in. I've worked on a couple 98s and every plug and connector is brittle. Check the throttle control motor, mafs and tpms sensor are plugged in.

reason I asked, some spray carburetor cleaners can damage the 02 sensors. You need to make sure to get the variety that is labeled 'safe for 02 sensors'. Not all brands are; read the label of the throttle body cleaner you used.

Check spark on the plugs as well. On my car the inside of the wires to the coil pack connectors corroded and lead to a no spark condition intermittently which caused rough running
