Sorry about your gs man. I myself live in FL and yea raining sucks here. I have crappy tires on my gs since I can't afford expensive or better ones at the moment. and when it starts pouring I start driving like a grandma. But anyway doesn't look like your car is going to be covered. It'll probably cost a few thousand just to fix the everything. Especially that solid metal beam that looks bent. If your airbag went off as well it most likely will be a total loss. In my opinion I'd get a new one, its to much of a hassle with the insurance and car shops. Save the good parts and start hunting for a new one. Glad your safe and drive safe. Good luck bro

Yea man thank you me and my family are good. Just wish I would have slowed down more instead of going The speed limit. But I am planning on fixing it tbh

Well idk man, I guess if you can find some good deals on the fender and bumper it wont be as bad. Headlights wont be too expensive. But like i said before that big metal beam looks cracked and bent and thatll cost quite a bit for the shop to fix, unless you hammer that thing back up lol. It is a nice gs though, silver gs are the best looking ones too, that's what i got. wish you the best of luck man

Unfortunately it looks like it's too much to repair. The front drivers wheel looks pushed back into the fender which probably means there's some frame damage. Like you said you could try fixing it but it's going to be a lot of work for the cost. It might be better to just find another 2GS if you can. Here's mine when I hit a deer a few years ago and the cost was $3k (It was pretty much the hood, front bumper and radiator support). I was glad the insurance company decided to repair it as I thought it was on the line in regards to how much the vehicle was worth.

You might be able to make it look better, but you can’t fix it. From the angle you hit, and the damage even I can see, I’d be shocked if you don’t have frame damage. That car won’t be the same unless you find a really good collision repair shop. Production quality repairs like you would get from most low cost repair shops won’t be able to make it right. Earlier responses were right. Consider finding another used GS

Regarding the car's value, unless it's an exotic, high-end model, it isn't worth much after an accident if it's not drivable. If it is drivable, you should take it to get an auto appraisal before attempting any repairs. If you are thinking about repairing the car, there are many factors to consider. Anyway, I hope you worked with a lawyer who helped you get the money from the insurance company. My advice is to work only with https://www.sutliffstout.com/houston...cident-lawyer/. These guys are the best in this field. They helped me a lot of times.

Oh, if only you had a car insured against weather conditions, then you could contact a car accident lawyer and collect money from the insurance company since rain is the basis for monetary compensation in such cases. I know that the weather is not so pleasant sometimes and that's why many car owners purchase insurance against weather conditions and it helps them a lot. I remember a case when a tree fell on the parking lot due to a strong wind and damaged my friend's car and a neighboring car that was standing nearby. My friend was insured against such cases and he successfully repaired his automobile. I wish you good luck to repair your car and take care of yourself!
