Default Aristo bump steering

Hi guys, i,m from Foz do iguacu.... border with paraguay....i have a toyota aristo 2001 2jzgt engine....defect is a bump steering on the roads... over 90km/h
the faster the bigger the asphalt defect, the harder it is to hold the car on the track, it wants to whip.
I need help, what I had reach of my knowledge already done in the vehicle, and I can not solve the problem, since when I got it I have this defect, and I was restoring and solving the problems, but it came to a point that I have nothing else to do , changed the steering box and also made her bushings in polyurethane, shock absorbers, control arms, bushing lower arms, changed almost everything counting the rear shock absorbers, and still the defect got stronger, went to the back of the car thinking of being the box back steering, I locked it, and did a good deal of the backing of the new polyurethane rear suspension, even the crossmember bushing, locked almost the entire car and still have the defect, I do not know where I am going wrong would be alignment? but looking at the forum everyone walks with negative camber too so I don't believe that would be it. would anyone have an idea?

I think the offset on the wheels looks excessive. I've heard it can make a car jerk left or right from bumps and be difficult to control at high speeds. Do you know the offset of the wheels?

It looks like you have rear steer on your Aristo. It seems like most people in Japan buy something to lock that out since it creates high speed instability like you're talking about. There are a few posts on here discussing that but not many since the American cars didn't get that. If you go on yahoo japan you can find a rear steer lockout that Tom's made for the Aristo which I would guess is the culprit if you've changed everything else.
