Google perhaps? Dealerships can replace this for about $100.

I ordered mine from the dealer. They will cut it for free if you bring in your title with your name and your ID.

eBay has them for around $135-$150 for a Genuine Lexus short-key with fob-insert... depends on who's selling them, that month.
