My speedometer doesn't work
Ok my mph isn't working. ALSO my front Wheel sensors are bad.. FROM the discussions I've had with friends and other GS people and they say it's the sensor on top of the transmission... or is it because of those speed sensors?...If it is the one on top of the transmission, can some send me a pic of it? Thanks, oh here's a pic of my engine mounts, brutal work,

Cluster clips
Newbie looking for help....
I have a 2003 SC430...AND i was lucky enough to find 1 1993 SC400 in the back of closing used car dealer. Carfax was clean, and the guy let me have it for $500 (just an O2 sensor and some flange bolts missing and it's running perfectly....EXCEPT.... I'm trying to replace the needles in the gauges (Tanin kit?) And I cannot open the wiring harness plug chips behind the cluster to pull the clips out!!! its driving me nuts. I'm not ashed to ask for some help...please.anyone? Thanks |

Those look like engine mounts on a V8, feel the pain, they're coming up soon for us. Ouch. On the speedo, having the same issue. Our ABS computer shows the rear sensors are bad, if we reset the ABS computer, we'll get about 1/2-mile of speedo, then it dies. Just listening, to see what new data we can get. If it's just a new trans speedo sensor, will gladly pay oem for that sensor, to get the speedo back... |
When my speedo stopped working, i fixed it by changing the front 2 sensors. I actually ordered some from ebay for really cheap and they worked. I was shocked but it fixed my speedo.

Ebay
I see only the drivers side on Ebay and my connectors for the sensor are messed up

The connectors on the sensor-side, or the car-side?
