Question 2005 gs300 locks lose power

I bought a 2005 GS300 from a dealer with 102k miles and checked the ball joints and windows and door locks. Turns out front passenger side door lock and both rear door locks stop working. They will work once or twice and then they seem to "DIE" as if they arent getting power?!
He sent me to some guy and he started to change the Actuators starting with the Driver rear door. When he connected the new "ebay" actuator it did not work. He tried the other rear door actuator and the same thing. They did not click and seemed dead.
After he put the panels back on and didnt replace the actuator my rear driver side window didnt work. Its stuck in the up position and wont roll down so thats throwing me off now.
Yesterday i went back to the mechanic and he went to pick-a-part and got the whole actuator units from another gs300. He checked them all and the actuators worked. I was watching him do it the whole time.
Front passenger side worked, rear passenger side worked yet rear driver didnt work, though he hooked the actuator up to power and showed me it clicked back and forthed and it DID work yet when connected it did not work!!!
As i drove away i was checking them from the inside master switch on the drivers side and the 2 worked and then like before they stop working as if they lose power. they wouldnt "Lock" "unlock" all the way.
Im totally confused as what the heck is going on??
has anyone had this issue at all or can give some advice.

You didn’t say if the dealer was covering this or if your paying out of pocket. If the dealer is I wouldn’t let them install used anything. Also where are you located

yes, they are paying for it and i have argued with them over that. Its a small dealership and you know how that goes. Im at the point that i just want them fixed. Its been a month and i cant understand what the problem could be.

Sounds like more worn door locks were installed. Hooking up a batter directly to them is different than running thru the electrical switches when installed. Where are you from? Maybe one of our members can help

I live in Las Vegas. the thing is the 2 passenger doors are acting the same way as the original actuators did so i'm worried it may be electrical?? Coincidentally the rear driver doors window stopped working as well and that is the door that is completely dead.
i.e. no power what so ever seems to hit the actuator unlike the other 2 doors that actually will work sporadically.
