Default Help Me Fix Up My Newly Purchased Lexus!

Where do I start to get the problem areas above into an unnoticeable "good enough" condition for as little money as possible? Thanks for your time!!

Also it's kind of loose/droopy here. Any suggestions?

Thanks again!

Thought the "droppy" leather was normal. Believe the wood trim is held in with screws, yet the leather trim was held in with "rivets". You could remove it, yet not sure how to put it back. Are the other 3 leather panels showing the same wrapping?

Also, check and replace front lower ball joints (known issue on these cars if they've never been changed)
And it's possible the front Caster arm bushings are shot.

Gathered leather on the doors and seats is normal - they were like that new. I guess it was considered an "upscale look."

Looks like a clean car. Maybe an exterior polish & wax, and enjoy the new ride.
