GS300 Sunroof question.
Hello fellow CL peeps!
I recently picked up a fixer upper GS with a faulty sunroof.
I havent really checked as to why it's faulty due to rain.
But my question is... WIll a sunroof from a SC fir on a GS?
Or are they different dimensions?
I loved having the sunroof up when I bought my SC and well I wanna enjoy it on my GS now
Thank!

What is the exact problem on this? i don't see the point in replacement of the roof, if your fault is only the motor for example. usually a disassembly and cleaning is sufficient.

This happened to me once; the sunroof got sluggish and would stop halfway in it's track and/or not tilt up. I took it out and cleaned the motor as mentioned. It's directly behind the dome light / home link buttons. There are 4 screws and the motor itself is held in with 2. Take it out and use some rubbing alcohol on the motor. Once you have it working again be sure and clean the sunroof track of debris. Total cost was $0 and some time.

Thanks for the response guys!
Well I don't know what's wrong haven't gotten the time to check it. Due to the rain.
I have a spare sunroof from my totaled SC that's why I was asking. I'm not spending any money at all just time.
Car needs an alternator also so I can't really see what's going on with the sunroof.
