Question

I know there has been a lot of talk about this subject before.
But I just want to revisit it once more please.
Which Front STB bar is best for my GS400?
The TRD, or the RMM?
Looking to get the best one for performance and looks combined.
What are the best prices you guys have seen out there for the TRD one?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
MIKE

Thumbs up TRD STB and sways

Get the TRD STB and sways from Steve Ganz at Carson Toyota. 1800-908-6968 x2381. The TRD STB also has an access hole to adjust your Teins.

Each owner is going to recommend the one they have probably, and I recommend the TRD .

I don't like the way the RMM is in 3 different sections. The TRD one is very sturdy and finished in an attractive and quality metallic gray paint.

Spartan, I have the silver/chrome RMM STB and it looks great on the car (I have a silver GS). The quality of the RMM and TRD should be reletively the same. Guess it comes down to the looks. The TRD was much too simple for me. RMM is excellent.

If you decide to go with the RMM bar, drop me an email at mariusz@lexuscreations.com and I'll be sure to get you a good deal. Otherwise, I would recommend Steve for the TRD bar.

I also have the RMM stb. I just love the way it looks and so do all my friends.

But you can't go wrong with your choice because these are two quality products you get to choose from.

Default Thanks...

Thanks for your responses.....
I guess it comes down to looks.
BTW....does the RMM bar allow me to adjust the TEINs without taking it off?
What is Steve's phone #?
Thanks for the input.

Not to be a putz, but what the hell does this do? Is it for looks or does it really aid in handling? If so, does it make any sense to put it in with a stock suspension?

I have a GS400 w/ a complete L-Tuned suspension and RMM sway bars and I noticed a tremendous difference when I installed the TRD strut bar. The chassis is amazingly stiff now and doesn't flex at all. I think the RMM bar is just for looks because the 3-piece design just doesn't look like it'd prevent flex as well as the TRD bar..
