So does every other car. It's below that. I believe if you browse through the posts here, someone has pictures.

look lower... the access panel is in the back of the glove box itself. when you pull the panel off you will see the filter behind it.

I tried the steering wheel extension and it moves ever so slightly in both directions. it doesn't seem that its a result of design, but rather a glitch.

Again, what's the purpose of this?
With the lock cyclinder pushed in, you are not supposed to be able to open it from inside the car. This way the valet cannot peep into your trunk.
If it does, there is something defective.

Opening with the master key manually or via the remote will STILL work.

What a great write up and I'm alittle embarrassed that I'm just now reading this after two years.. I just tried the window and sunroof function by holding down the unlock button and sure enough they all opened. Also the light function is nice to.. Thanks again

Yea I don't know. Everything functions fine for me with it pushed in or not. I don't care that it doesn't work. I just always wondered what it was.

I swapped out the filter on my car with the blitz A/C filter. What a difference! the air just smells 100x cleaner.

When I first got my GS I tried the audio adjusting(F,R & W) but it didn't seem to make that much of a difference. Then I tried Jesod's thing about raising the P1 setting(that wasn't in the other description I read) and I couldn't believe it!!! My buddy actually thought that I had put in an aftermarket sub and amp. If you are able to do this I highly suggest giving it a try. It gave it that extra kick I was looking for since I wasn't planning on going crazy with audio components again. I wonder how this would sound with a different sub?

Great info! Thanks to all who contributed.

I don't see mention of linking the remote to the seat/mirror settings. Is this an option on the 05? So that my wife's setting are synced to her remote and my seat/mirror/steering wheel etc, are synced to me?

Can we do this at all? Is is a driver setting or dealer setting?

Thanks, Tom, in Houston, wanting to change the seat/mirror setting with the remote.
