Good lawd, this place never ceases to amaze me. What a great thread!

You know, without ClubLexus, owning my GS wouldn't be NEARLY as satisfying.

I love you guys... (sniff-sniff)

(My next car is German though... )

My dealer was going to charge me $42.50 to change the programming on my car. I wanted them to change the door locks on my 98 to lock when shifting into drive and unlock in park but it was not possible with my year model so they did not charge me.

Everything worked for me suggested on this thread. I changed my fresh air sensitivity yesterday especially since I was in New Orleans and there is so much dust and contaminates in the air. I noticed the difference in the windsheild wipers from the 98 to 02 when I purchased the 98 and thought possibly it was a model year difference but I switched the 98 to summer mode quite easily. The visor trick was neat too. I used that yesterday as well. Both cars do switch off the head lights with 2 presses of the remote lock button.

Excellent post! I would have had no idea about some of these features. I got the demontrations about the windows and the remote button but the others were all new to me. Thanks!
