Default Gas light blinking, blower not working, shift gear don't unlock.

My car was stopped when I turned it on, the steering wheel did not come up automatically, the fuel light was blinking, and I do not want to take the changes. Check the fuses and they were all fine. Any idea of what may be happening.

I have not yet been able to put the scanner, my car is the OBD 1 entry, a friend who has a scanner had the OBD2, tomorrow I will go to another person who tells me they have an OBD 1 scan. Today the last thing I did was check the cca of the battery and the voltage and the battery is good.

You may have some ecu failure. Pull the ecu from the engine bay and post what the part number is. You can see if someone has a matching part number close to you and swap it in your car and with their key fob next to yours start the car and see if you gain the functions again. If so then you know you have ecu failure. There's also a TSB tied to the A/C ECU which is basically the AC selector mated to the radio. This may be you issue as well. You'll need to swap it for a new selector.

Definitely you are right is OBD2, I am going to take the car to an expert because apparently the person who saw it the first time does not know. Thanks everyone for your help.
