Default Easy Faded Inner Taillight Permanent Fix ($16)

Very important to take note is that VHT requires VERY LIGHT coats. Don't overlap on your passes and wait at least 10 minutes before applying another coat. If you apply it too heavily it will run, or crack, you can tell when it is too wet. I did about 6 coats of VHT. After that many coats the color is still translucent, but it looks Like more of a matte finish. In order to do a glossy finish I bought a gloss clear coat that is UV protectant and seals the VHT product. Now, it will never happen again. For the gloss clear coat, I waited 1 hour for the VHT to dry and then did 5 coats of the clear to ensure protection and maximum gloss effect. This is more like spray paint, overlapping passes, 8-10 minute dry time between coats.

No one puts the UV resistant clear coat, should be permanent.

It will still fade. A work around is to use automotive clear afterwards.

If you ever want to upgrade the tail lights to LED. Get the DEPO ones off eBay. Seller is coco77 something like that.

They will update the cars look very well.

I prefer the Braga styles when it comes to LEDs. But there is no shortage of options out there.
