2002 GS430, remote start?
I have a fully loaded 02 GS430 and would like to add remote start. I did some searching on this forum and found old threads with Compustar 7200S mentioned. I would like to keep the factory key fob and factory alarm system, just adding remote start. The issue is finding the wiring diagram, because I'm not a dealer and can not create an account. Has anyone done a remote start install on a GS430 with success?

Did some digging. Got a reply on another forum for anyone that needs to know wiring.
Now, I think it's possible with a Compustar FT-7200s-CONT and a BLADE-AL key immobilizer. These two work in tandem. Here are the instructions for the 7200 and the GS430.
Basic wiring:
High Current Ignition
1 Red +12V WHITE/BLUE (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
2 Green/White (+) Parking Lights possibly GREEN (+) @ BOTTOM RIGHT OF FUSE PANEL
3 Red/White +12V WHITE/BLUE (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
4 WhiteAccessory BLUE/YELLOW (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
5 Blue Ignition2 BLACK/WHITE (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
6 YellowStarter BLACK (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
7 Green Ignition1 BLACK/YELLOW (+) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
8 Black Chassis Ground Chassis Ground
20 Pin Harness ( necessary wires )
4 Light Blue/White Brake GREEN/WHITE (+) @ 20-PIN PLUG, IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL or @ BRAKE PEDAL SWITCH
5 Blue/Black Lock BLUE/BLACK @ DRIVER'S KEY CYL.
7 Blue Unlock BLUE/WHITE @ DRIVER'S KEY CYL
13 Violet White Trunk Release *w/relay BLUE (+) @ 18-PIN PLUG, IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL
15 Black GWR Keysense YELLOW (-) @ IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
17 Green/White (-) Parking Lights possibly RED/YELLOW (-) UNDER STEERING COLUMN
18 Yellow/Black Tach BLACK/YELLOW @ PIN 16, IN 28-PIN PLUG INSIDE ECU BOX
There are some wiring guide differences on this car. Careful testing is required. Areas of concern:
1. Locks and alarm. Omega shows lock wires at the drivers door cylinder. This would be easiest but requires passing wires into the door. Bulldog shows a special wiring with diodes and CM7200s programming. These wires are also inside the drivers door. Here is a link to the Bulldog info :

2. Parking Lights. Bulldog shows both (+) and (-) wires for the Parking Lights while Omega shows only the Hazards. If you can locate, test and verify a Parking Light wire, that would be preferable to the Hazards. Better yet, if the (-) Parking Light wire is a viable option, then you could set a jumper 3 on the CM7200s to switch the Green/White (+) Parking Light output over to (+) Trunk Release. This would allow a direct connection to the (+) Trunk Release wire and eliminate the extra relay required if you used the (-) Trunk Release wire.
3 Trunk Release. As mentioned above, if you use the (-) Parking Light wire, you can free up the thick Green/White wire for the truck release. If you have to use the Violet/White wire, you need a 30/40 Amp SPDT relay with fuse holder and 10 Amp fuse.
