Default Dyno Run: 1998 Toyota Aristo 2JZ-GTE VVT-i - BPU only

Heres my dyno runs for my Toyota Aristo
car is completely stock with BPU (Exhaust/intake/boost controller etc)
390 WHP 404 WTQ. after a number of runs I got this number, could of probably hit over 400 if it wasnt heat soaked.

Yes, how much boost were you running and also what method did you use to boost the twin turbos?

By the way congrats on the power and torque figures.

Very Nice! If I wasn’t selling the GS, I was planning on swapping a JDM VVTI 2JZ-GTE with the 4-speed auto. Decent numbers for BPU mods.

having recently done a aristo swap in my car im currently going down that road. I started with some bpu upgrades from the get go. cx racing 3 inch intercooler setup. 3 inch downpipe from cx racing that splits to dual exhaust. deutche works 250lph turbine fuel pump. fully operational air fuel ratio gauge, boost gauge, and intake air temp sensor in the intake manifold for real time temperature. that being said, if your just running bpu upgrades and not any fuel control. what are you air fuel ratios at 18 psi. i've noticed that once the boost starts hitting 11psi., the computer goes into dump fuel mode and hits about 10:1 afr. im yet to install my turbo smart fuel cut defender and grimmspeed manual boost controller till i get my high flow cat on, but im curious what your afr's are at 18psi. and have you disregarded the supposed 17 psi max on the stock jdm twins?

just curious, where are people sourcing these take-out JDM VVTI 2JZ-GTE engines?
And what stock turbos do they have and what boost from the factory before any mods? These 2JZ-GTE engines are so inpressive!

Almost every metro area has a jdm depot that sells jdm engines n such . 2jzgte vvti avg $2kJdm Aristo is the ONLY car ever to have a 2jzgte vvti , CT20A turbos 11psi, and Supra 2jzgte non vvti CT12B turbos 11psi

ya now im really itching to find out his afr's. because if you install a fuel cut defender and clamp the voltage around 4.3 volts which is about 14.7 psi but you continue increasing air flow and rpm than the engine has no choice but to lean out. ive hit 14 psi a few times not just before fuel cut and the afr is still at 10:1 damn near steady. I wonder if it starts leaning out around 11:5 at 18 psi.
