Default Driver's side power seat question

I recently bought an 01 gs300 from a guy and he couldn't get the power seat to work. I looked under there and I can't figure out where this 12 pin connector should go. Am I missing something? I can't find it in the wiring diagrams or I'm not sure where to find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Seriously, does anyone have any idea what this goes to?

Possible but still doesn't tell me what it plugs into. According to the wiring diagram all the hot wires and ground wires should just junction together but I can't figure out how.

Def. not for heated seats. that's a smaller connector.
Are your seat adjustment controls connected?
Is the seat connected to the body connector?

Yes, the harness is plugged into the BC1 connector and there's power there but then it (B/L and W/B wires)flows to this and there's nowhere for it to go from there.

There is a male plug behind the relay. It should be right smack in the middle of the seat. You may have to wiggle some harnesses/looms around a bit to see it. Notice the blue wires and the white/black wires on this plug. They are power and ground respectively and will power multiple parts of the seat.
