Default Part number help needed

This is the bolt that connects the car to the header on the gs400. I had to cut mine off and now need to replace it to continue the motor install.
thanks in advance.
The bolt/nut in the yellow circle.

Got the bolts (non-Toyota) but I see who ever removed them from my new motor ruined the threads of the holes where the bolts go.

Question: I want to just real the threads. But is the header hardened steel? Or instead of tapping could i just make the hole a hair wider and just slide in a bolt?
