mcgyver24 did a great job on creating the next gen of skid plates.
Every front spoiler/bumper is different, so you have to factor that into the design. The one that mcgyver24 and I have is only good on the RMM or Xplosion kits. You may need more or less clearance than these set ups, depending on how low and how far forward your front lip goes.
I'll be doing a 3rd gen version on my car soon as well and post when it's done.
I might also try to create a template that is kind of universal and people can just have the parts made locally and just modify it slightly to accomodate their front lip clearance/requirements.

Thanks for the inspiration Glenn. I just finished my design and just got it welded last week. But since it's snowing now, I can't work on anything. Glenn, can you point me to where you had purchased the delrin sheet and the thickness. Oh Tony, if you want one of these skid plate made, I have left over steel that I purchased that my fabricator can make for you.

Here's a lnk to my local Delrin source. http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/product.php?pid=337&
I use 1/2 in thick sheets.
You should be able to find it wherever they sell Plexiglass. This stuff is expensive, but it doesn't shatter like plexiglass and it won't wear down as easy as ABS.

I'll try to take some pictures of mine later when I get a chance. But I've offered to help my friends fabricate these if they want a set locally and will do the same for others. All I ask is that you pay for material cost and a little fee for my fabricator.
