Also note that when bank 2 sensor 1 was working it always showed less than 0.2volts and no sine waves. I have cheched resistance for all three sensors it came around 14ohms. Also i saw when i accelarate aggresively the stftb2 comes down for a while even touches zero and comes back again to steady 19.5%

Ii think you found the problem with the b2s1. If you could replace it do so because that sensor is not giving any data to the ecm. Your data is showing b2 running rich thats because no data is going from the o2 sensor. Fix all leaks and change the o2 sensor.
