Hi everyone I been a CL Member for a few years now but never post it. I hope you enjoy it even though I am not done modifying it. It's a 2003 Lexus GS430. Any comments or advice would be very appreciated! Thank you all and Happy Father's Day!

No, those are stock 17" 2003 Lexus oem rims. Thanks for all the compliments. My list of mods are as follows: Injen CAI, Tanabe Medalion Catback Exhaust, PI 2800 torque converter, PPE headers, Megan Racing LP Coilovers, Supra Store performance cams shafts, Eagle forged connecting rods, CP forged Pistons, and valve springs.

Cool! Do you have an idea of what kind of performance you have now with the cams? Are you using an AFC to tune it?

Im curious as to why you have forged pistons and upgraded valve springs along with more lift and duration camshafts. Do you plan on supercharging it? Does it run like a bat out of hell now? Also, I'd like to see some videos with audio to see what this engine sounds like with those camshafts. this is the first i've heard of aftermarket support on those vvt camshafts. kind of pricey. hope the engine output is worth it.

seems like over kill for a n/a car? the price i mean, if you could get them cheaper that would be awesome, but those cams cost as much as a 98 gs4

I know it's a bit pricey but they are not many performance parts for lexus gs's only if you put a 2JZ-GTE/2Jz-GTE VVTI in ours cars. Anyhow I plan on supercharging or twin turbo it in the future but can anyone recommend any supercharge/twin turbo kitr that is not discontinued like SRT or RMM. The upgrades really make a prettygood difference, It give more hp and torque. I do have an apexi neo but not installed it yet and not dyno tuned my car yet. I know TCC Performance Parts got shut down and alot of bad reviews from the owner by other op online. But I am waiting for the 2019 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo to come out to buy it.

I bet those cams are sweet, I wanted those bad but got quoted around the same price as that site you listed. For around $2,000 (maybe less, I'll have a total cost at the end) I am building my own supercharger kit. I started with a headunit, fabbed the bracket and pulleys, and almost done, maybe 2 more months which is mainly just waiting on funds as I already have a complete parts list.

I don't know of any current kits. Badblackgs did something similar before I did, he made a custom single turbo, and now has a custom roots blower off a Cobra mustang. I know not everyone is a fabricator, but if you pay some one to help you, I'm sure you could get something really cool built.

I really hope you go FI. I hate to say it, and don't feel like explaining it in detail right now, but it wouldn't be worth it if you didn't at least go 400 wheel horses with those mods you have. Good luck with the build and the Supra man

Good looking car, and engine mods. Are you going to do suspension mods? Sway bars make the car handle great for the GS.
