What's the difference
 

What is the difference between 2003, 2004, 2005 gs430. I already know they are V8 & have 300 hp. But what did Lexus add on on to each year far as anything. Also can you show where you got your facts from.

They were all physically built the same 2001-2005. There were only a few differences but wasn't yearly so I'll explain.
This was an era where Toyota made "L-tuned" parts and were commonly available from dealerships. It was kind of like today's "F-Sport" line. They made a great exhaust, shocks, nice wheels, and other things (side-skirts?) that other people may have more knowledge on. Some GS430s got this "L-tuned" package but they are so rare. I've never seen one in person but that's probably the only way you could tell if it was genuine, is to see a genuine one in person, and compare it to one that might have been pieced together with seperate "L-tuned" parts. I do know however, there were very few 2005 GS430s built. L-tuned exhaust and wheels are almost impossible to find second hand nowadays.
