Will 19 x 9.5j with 34 and 37 offset fit without rubbing?

Will 19 x 9.5j with 34 and 37 offset fit without rubbing?
Hi all. New to the forum and just bought an 03 Gs300 with 39k actual miles. So Im putting on tenabe NF210 springs, kyb gr-2 shocks. Also sway bars. But I am not sure what offset will work with my car. Im looking at BBS replica rims that are 19 x 9.5j and have off sets of 34 front and 37 back. Will this fit without rubbing? I want a smooth ride and think 19's will help insure that. I would appreciate advise. Thanks!
