Who (other than Mo and the other guy on here with a SC GS) has had a chance to make some passes on a track, and what were some of the times?
Also, what were some of the strategies you used to insure better times? i.e- letting your engine cool between runs, launch tricks, etc., etc. Thanks, Tiny

A customer of mine went with me to the tracks and he had the 7PSI kit on his car he did a best time of 13.4s. However he had about 200lbs of A/V equipment in his trunk.

Why limit your request to GS and SC owners? I'll admit that us LS owners (as a group) tend to be a little more conservative BUT the 290hp LS cars are damn near as fast/quick as the GS400. I have the LESSER 260hp LS400 but it is still respectably quick and fast. I went to HRP (Houston Raceway Park) and ran 15.4 @ 91mph on a ****TY 2.3 60ft. Made 3 back to back passes right off the highway at 15.5 @ 90 and then let it cool for the 15.4 pass. When I add the SWT TC it will be high 14s no problem. The key to drag racing is LAUNCH. Mo's customer at 13.4 is probably a mid 12 car with slicks or DRs. After launch it is all power to weight. My 96 LS is ONLY 3905 lbs with ME in it (195lbs). This is LESS than a V8 Lincoln LS! I plan on the TC, a limited slip and a supercharger with DRs (drag radials). I will be VERY dissapointed with less than low 13s.

My 1/4 mile ET
I took my car to the track and ran a best of 14.3 I had the 19" wheels on and the tep was 97F with lots of humidity. I also had the SRT TC and HFI2. Right now I'm saving my pennies for stage4. I want my gs to run high 11's.
