Default Gs300 cutting out

I have 99 gs300. I have a problem that started this morning. It started when I was driving it started to cut out at 2500rpms before it shifted to the next gear. No check engine lights. Problem went away in the mid day. Driving around at night and the problem begins again upon acceleration, cuts out before it shifts into the next gear. It kept getting worse and cutting out more. It started to cut out upon decceleration. Still no check engine lights or anythings. Plugged my cel reader in to make sure there was no codes. Its getting a reading for all o2 sensors and reading from the maf too. I have an exhaust leak on the y-pipe but don't think that is the problem as my brother has an is300 with an exhaust leak in the same spot for months now with no issues. Im attaching a video. Please let me know if you have any clue what the problem could be.

It started to cut out upon decceleration.
Not sure if it's the same issue but on my GS400 I had a vacuum leak. Check your hoses. The car would act like it was going to cut off under light deceleration and sometimes at a stop light.

Did you end up replacing your hoses?

Actually the dealer did! It was one near the purge valve. It was acting up for 6 months I couldn't figure it out.
