Default Mustang Wheels?

I am considering some Mustang "Bullet", 8"x10" wheels for my GS. Offset good, and bolt pattern is correct. My concern is Mustangs use a larger diameter stud with a different style lug nut seat. Is this a problem? Is it as simple as getting lug nuts with the right thread, and seat style?

They work fine, just get the correct wheel center rings and lugs. I used a set of SVE Drift Mustang wheels for a couple years, excellent quality for price.

What is a "wheel center ring"? Is it an adapter for the center hub,?

The stud size is a non-issue. Mustang wheels use a 60* cone seat like 95% of other wheels. Toyota is the weirdo when it comes to lug nuts, so you simply won't be able to reuse the factory ones.

Mitsubishi uses the same style Toyota does with the washer as well. If the wheels are aftermarket such as reps or "mustang style" you will need to get some standard tuner style lugs also.
