Hi first time post, I have a 2000 GS300 and the heater just recently stop working on the driver side only but still works on the passenger side. I also noticed the fan kicks on for a few seconds every 5 seconds or so when I'm warming up the car in the morning. The car runs fine and it doesn't over heat. What could be the problem?

Welcome aboard. This has been discussed many times; I'd suggest searching the forum first. Try entering the following into Google:

passenger side heater not working site:clublexus.com

and go from there. I know, the search terms I used say "not working." Just go with it.
