Oil leak overhaul and maintenance recommendations
Hi. I recently had an episode of my GS300 (2003 GS300 with 230,000 miles) hemorrhaging oil. I believe most of the oil is leaking from the valve cover gasket. I figured while I replace the valve cover gasket I might as well chase down the smaller leaks and any potential leaks/ common problem areas. I plan on doing the following
valve cover gasket replacement intake and exhaust sides
cam shaft seals
intake cam gear replacement
My question is what other common problem areas should I or might as well address while the timing belt is off, since it is a PIA to take off.
optional things I was considering were
spark plugs
spark plug wires
water pump
front main seal
Please let me know what else you suggest and and tips, recommendations for brands, etc.. would be welcome. Thanks!

you're in for hours of fun & enjoyment..
I did timing belt, idlers, tensioner and front main seal a weeks back.
be careful with the sensor connectors as they are old and brittle and will most likely crack and break.
you might need some replacement connectors..
