Megan Motor Mounts + Headers?

I remember reading something about the PPE headers and Megan motor mounts not fitting. Does anyone know if this is an issue? I have S&S headers, which I think didn't have any fitment issues like some PPE did, but I wanted to double check if anyone has Megan mounts with either PPE or S&S?
