A fe questions about 02 sensor replacement.

So, last winter my CEL started coming on and off every couple of weeks. I scanned it at AutoZone and they let me know it was the emission system, the system recommended a catalytic converter, but it did have a code for bank 1 02 sensor. Figured I would start here when the time came.

It came on a few weeks ago, and has been on since. Ive been looking to order the sensors, but just want to make sure I order the right parts. Also, my car is a 2003 Gs300 with 180k on the clock. I notice a HEATED option and a NON-HEATED, does it matter which I get?

I'm ordering from Rock Auto, and these are the parts I was thinking. Just wanna make sure these are all right.

Our GS300 are heated 4 wire narrow band sensors, are you going to change all four at once?
Regarding the code: was there any other info on the code description? like "low volts" or "too lean" or "heater circuit malfunction"? Because there are times where the o2 sensor is fine and its something else causing the o2 sensor to read inaccurately like air/fuel problems.
