No sure what you are asking, but..
There are no OEM brackets. The door speakers come with their own speaker box. Like the other CL member said no adapter needed to mount a 6.5 speaker in the OEM box. I'm not sure it has been done but cutting a bigger hole into the OEM box might give you clearance issues for the speaker. Again, I dont know for sure. Search the audio section. Don't know if there is a bracket for the large hole that removing the OEM box produces but like was said you could use MDF to make one. I personally like the OEM box; I just used a speaker that fit into the OEM box that matches the boxes specifications and acoustics.
Do you have to cut the side panels to fit 6.5s? Some strange reason audio shops say you can to 6.5s but when I look around the net some say you have to cut them.

I honestly can't tell you for sure, I would have to assume so since a 6.5 is a larger speaker. Try doing a google image search. Not what your looking for but as you can see anything is possible.

I see thanks I'm using my gs right now as a daily right now. I'm installing an aftermarket head unit thought about eventually going the full 9 and work on my highs and mids then go to my subs. But I wanted inquiry because I know cutting can get pricey.
Yea your right about that, cutting can get pricey. How loud are you trying to go? I have a re-wired system; 16 gauge speaker wire (stock is 18) with (the size escapes me right now) co-axal speakers fitted into OEM door speaker boxes. An old double din Pioneer Z130BT with a PAC-SW1 for the steering wheel (in progress). A Rocford Fosgate Dual coil sub in its own box mounted under the rear deck. The sub is in the stock hole. An Alpine PDX-5 channel amp. It sounds loud enough for me and crystal clear.

Sweet set up I want a nice loud enough set up debating on 2 15s or 12s (most likely 12s) I love base but I want nice highs and mids 250 or 200 rms up front 4000 rms in the back. Trying to make due with what I can get right now college student working 2 jobs. So I'm getting things little by little.
