2001 GS430, 152k miles.

Today I noticed an odd buzzing/vibration sound somewhere between me and the windshield, perhaps 2-4 o'clock from the driver position. I cannot correlate the timing of the buzz to anything specific, but I get the unmistakable feeling that it's taking place when some natural engine process occurs while touching something else it shouldn't be, creating the buzz. Any ideas as to what this is? The buzzes are pretty short, staccato buzzes--not drawn out. Car still drives just fine.

I replaced the cabin filter a couple weeks ago, but I haven't had any issues with it since replacing it, I don't think. The only other major repair this car has had recently is caster arm bushings replacement.

climate control servo motors inside the dash?

try changing the mode on the climate control unit when you hear it buzz...

without a video i would say it sounds like your drivers side servo maybe bad
