Default Loud noise by the power steering pump?

I need some advice or help my lexus friends on my 02 gs300 Everytime i turn my car on when the engine is COLD. I hear a weird loud noise coming from where you the put power steering fluid and pulley are. I say it might be the power steering pump that might be going out or the rack n pinion that might be going out because when i turn the wheel left/right i hear cracking/creaking noise. Has anyone had the same problem?

NOone can answer this accurately without some type of sound clip. Please include one and return.

Its more like a moaning/humming noise and it goes away as the car warms up

sounds like it might have air, or your screen is dirty
remove the power steering pump clean it really good, including the screen, fill and bleed it

Screen i do not understand? You mean the radiator? I was actually thinking of installing a new ps pump. The tensioner looks a little bit loose. The is another of my reasons
