Default 2000 GS300 occasional clicking from engine bay

I tried searching but wasn't able to find anything that fit my scenario very well. I have a loud clicking coming from the engine bay, seems to only happen when the A/C is on. This noise doesn't happen all the time, and it can go away randomly.

The A/C compressor still works and blows cold. The sound only seems to happen at idle. Any ideas? The dried red fluid on top of the power steering pump is coolant from when I replaced the hose. Should be unrelated to the sound.

Maybe a bearing in the AC compressor. If you can get an automotive stethoscope it may help you track it down.

FYI,
My 98' GS300 A/C pump went out at about 120k. Didn't make that sound though. Also, that grinding noise when the clicking noise stopped was my bearings on the accessory belt tensioner pulley. So maybe it's that or the A/c bearings
