I just wanted to say if you do find one make sure it has the 4 pins for the connector because you will see alot of aftermarket 2 and 6 pin door actuators listed under the GS.
This may be what you are looking for but double check

If you want the whole assembly here is a link
http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEXUS-GS400-GS300-98-to-05-LH-DRIVER-FRONT-DOOR-LOCK-ACTUATOR-69040-3A071-/391183041513?fits=Model%3AGS300&hash=item5b145383e9&vxp=mtr
but if your door locks are not locking when you push the lock/unlock button then you probably just need the actuator with the motor. Their is a DIY but be careful when you order these motors as their is differences between them. I tried the DIY first but after ordering the correct motor from the DIY description my door would lock when you unlock it and unlock when you lock it. The motor only goes in one way so I do not know why that motor did not work. I just ended up getting a new OEM actuator instead of doing it over again.
