Question Issue With the Alarm System

Hi CL guys,

They had spent several weeks that I did not do anything to my car and was kept very clean in the garage. Today I went to open the car but for the passenger door and I gave to the key button twice to open the door of the passenger side and when I was opening the door, I accidentally activated the button to lock all the doors and also activate the alarm. Notice something wrong with the alarm system a that point. Now when I push the alarm button to close the car doors and activate the alarm, the parking lights do not light ON or flash , but to open the car or doors, the lights light up normally. I guess, I accidentally deprogrammed certain part of the alarm system. My question is. There any way to program or activate the lights again when I go to activate the alarm? I will just remove the cables of the battery and tomorror early in the morning re install the cables back to see what happens with the system. But any help or explanation for this, I will be more than grateful.
Thanks
