Default Tire dilemma please help!

I'm currently going through a NIGHTMARE with my wheel/tire setup. I need help from people who may have been through this already. Little backstory, I normally mount my tires by hand. My last set was 225/40-18 on 18x9.5 wheels. It was a hell of a job to do by hand.

Now the nightmare begins....I bought a new set of 20" wheels. 20x8.5 front and 20x9.5 rear. I purchased 215/30-20 for the front and 225/30-20 for the rear. I proceeded as normal by trying to mount the tires by hand and quickly realized that this wasn't possible. I also destroyed one of my 225s in the process.

So I decided to go to a tire shop to have them mounted. I bought a replacement 225/30-20 and $80 later, they were all mounted and balanced. I was happy with the amount of stretch of the 215 on the 8.5, however, the 225 on the 9.5 was too extreme but I decided to live with it. Not too bad at this point....it gets worse....

The next morning I woke up to a 215 that debeaded overnight. After reseating the beads and airing up, I found it was leaking at the bead. Broke it back down and saw that the bead had been damaged when the tire shop installed them. Knowing I had to replace the damaged tire and not being happy with the stretch on the rear, I decided to get rid of the 215s and move the 225s to the front and get some 245s for the rear. Now I had a plan but needed to wait for payday.

So 2 weeks later I purchased a pair of 245/30-20s and thought I would work a deal with the tire shop to mount and balance everything for free seeing as they ruined a brand new $100 tire. The problem is that I misplaced my receipt and they won't do warranty work without it.... I wanted them done ASAP so I go to a different tire shop since the first one ruined a tire. The new shop is a bigger name chain so they quote me $120 to dismount, mount, and balance, OUCH, whatever, so I drop off the wheels and tires and he says he will call me when they are done.

I get a call about an hour and a half later and they were ready to pick up....however, I was informed that there was nothing they could do, they couldn't get the tires off the wheel. I go pick them up and find they have removed one of the 215s, the one that was undamaged, however, it was now damaged on the bead area.....So now I have 2 ruined 215s, one on the wheel and one off. Both 225s are still on their wheels and I fear they will get damaged if they are removed. I already have 3 brand new useless tires, I need the 225s to survive being removed so they can be mounted on the 8.5 wheels, however, by the looks of it, I am going to end up with 5 ruined brand new tires.....How do I get these tires off without destroying them???

I need some serious guidance here. Any tips from the stretched/stanced gurus here would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I am located in central Florida, so if anyone from the Tampa/Saint Petersburg area knows where I can go to have this done right once and for all please let me know.

You should've just gone with 225/35 all around

UHH what?? I'm looking for suggestions on where people are going to get really low profile tires on and off. I feel it's a legit question seeing that I've been to multiple places and had multiple tires destroyed and been told it's impossible without damaging the tires.

225/35-20 all around puts my overall diameter out of spec too much. I don't want my speedometer and odometer off that much.
