Default GS430 headlight lens

I want to replace my headlights on my 2001 GS430 with new clear headlight lenses, so I was wondering if any of the depot lights on eBay were compatible with the OEM housing. I looked into buying headlight replacements but average cost to replace them is about $700.00 due to the h.i.d's that's why I'm looking into just replacing the lenses.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Your questions has been asked for years and noone has attempted, however, they are made to OEM speck, so assumption wouldnt be a bad thing. As for the oem ones, dont know where you get $700 from, but they were available through Lexus for $550 (dont see them there anymore) but found them on Ebay for $400 for the pair, I'd jump on them for that price!

They've gone up in price, that's why I was hoping someone had attempted to merry the depot lens with the OEM housing.

Thanks again.

I was thinking of doing the q45 retrofit, so I'm leaning towards a new lens and with used headlight you just don't know what shape they are in or how many times they've been buffed.

Thanks.
