99 GS300 high beams don't work
Help !
They don't work at all . . I checked all the fuses no luck . the high beam indicator doesn't even light up on the dash . what could it be ?

Could be your relay, give those a shot. Could also be the switch in the dash/steering wheel. Try twisting and going up and down all at the same time, multiple times and watch for the indicator light to flicker on or actually turn on. I was having this problem for a while and did a little aggressive twisting and going up and down quickly a few times and BAM, never had the problem again

Check fuses "drl 1 and drl2" or something similar to that under the hood on passenger side. I was messing around with one of the two fuses and they also control the high beams and notice mine did not work when i pulled one of those out.
