this might sound dumb, but did you try resetting them with the car on, in park, and the door shut? that is how we got the 2nd setting to work in the beginning. the first just started working again on its own.

The second seat setting worked after resetting it to how we wanted it.
The first worked again on its own

i had the same problem it was a small short in the back of the switch where a wire had worn through... i just fixed the wire and ta da all good

I tried mine in park and with the settings it didn't work. Trying to figure out what is wrong
