Default Yaw Rate Sensor Replacement 1998 GS 300

Would appreciate receiving more information from knowledgeable members of this forum , who can point me to the relevant threads in this forum etc. Anybody who can shed some more light on this problem in non technical terms. In Canada this is labelled as campaign 804. What are the symptoms of faulty Yaw Rate Sensor. Should I be driving around without having it fixed. I presume it must be serious enough for Lexus to be fixing it as a recall?
