Are you talking about the GTE VVTI?

As far as I know, it does not exist. There is a Toyota OEM one that is simulated carbon fiber print, and there is an aftermarket company that makes a real CF cover.

The GE VVTi only option is the stock black cover, or an aftermarket company has a real CF cover. I don't recommend using any of the real CF covers because they will ALL turn yellow in time. No way around it due to the engine heat...just a matter of time before it yellows.

Your best bet is to cut a hole in the cover to show the cam gears.

Kind of off topic but why do so many modded cars do this? Isn't it bad for dust to get in there?

Dust isn't really a big deal. What you really don't want is a rock to fly in there lol. But yes, they do it so they can see the aftermarket gears.

Not possible due to the VVTi having a hump in the front of the cover.

Just some quick pix I found online.
