Proud new owner of a beautiful 1999 Lexus GS 400

Firstly let premise this introduction with the fact that i know little to almost nothing about car repairs, aside from changing interior lights maybe.

Details as follows:

1. Black Exterior
2.Tan
3.To me everything is stock, I personally have made any changes.(but there are mods, details to come)
4. 132k
5.Aside from some small dash board lamps that are not lit, the car runs, rides and looks great.

I'm looking forward to all the insight that can be gained from the club.

Was up you guys my name is Brandon Ramai. Im 17 and I have a 2000 lexus gs 300 as a first car. Im from orlando Florida. I ride a black 2000 gs300. I have a tan interior. Everything is stock except rims and speakers. I am currently stuck trying to put on a weapon r intake. 105 miles. Car runs perfect use I everyday and I loveeeee my lexus can't get enough of it. I look foward to being in club lexus

Hello everyone,

IMy name is Leo,
I have a 1998 Lexus GS300, black exterior with grey interior. Not sure on the trim yet, I've had it for about 5 days now. I have no mods to it, I'm saving my money at this point. I live in MN even though the plates of the car say South Dakota. I am excited to get some things do to it, but right now as far as I know this car is pretty stock. The radio I'm not sure about, it has some speakers that need replacing, for a car with 229k I can't complain much. It handles well, with some cleaning and TLC I think it will go a long way.

My name is Sammy, aka Bird. I live in Charleston, SC and I just recently got my 2001 GS300 - who has yet to be named. 335,570 miles on her.

Exterior Color is currently burnished gold, but will soon be painted starfire pearl with a black roof.
Interior color is the tan/ivory
the only modification to it currently is it being lowered on D2 coil overs. I plan to put a TTE lip on it and swap out the motor. maybe add a nice size turbo-but i'm not sure on that yet.
She's currently rocking g37 wheels with 5mm spacers () which aren't too bad for the time being, but eventually i want to get Ordens on her. 19s probably.

G'day folks. Mike here from Texas. Picked up a 98 GS400 a couple of weeks ago. Pretty good deal...one previous owner that had it garage kept so it looks fantastic. Everything is stock with the 17 in wheels. Will need to update some things like the tail lights but the plan is to keep everything looking original. Been really happy with it so far...good strong engine and an extremely smooth ride. Has about a 182k miles on it...hopefully will be able to tack on another 200k at least! Will try and get pics up later.

It may just be me but I feel like you lose the body lines in dark colors....except maybe a gun metal maybe....only Grey I considered

Hi CL. My name is Nestor. I got a 98 gs 300. Its champagne color. It has 298,975 miles and still running hard thanks to CL members. So thank you.
It has a pioneer system but soon to be replace with on OEM navigation system.

I have an 03 GS300 that I picked up last August. The car was bone stock and had 132k on it at the time of purchase.

1. Parchment Crystal
2. Black interior
3. Full options w/o spoiler; Factory auto level HID's
4. Mark Levinson Nav package
5. Only mods are LED lighting upgrades, chrome trunk bar, painted roof, GS430 interior bits, and tinted windows. Most of the work done was just to replace factory parts.
6. This is my first Lexus. I currently drive an 02 Tahoe and came from swapped 240sx's.
7. I've lived in Eastern NC for about three years. Before that I lived in Greensboro and Charlotte.

whatsup guys! just checkin' in from Milwaukee, Wisconsin

'02 Onyx Black GS300 w/ Black interior.
Basic Package w/black chrome emblems
Stock everything, plastidipped chrome (debating chrome/blacked out).

Toyota/Lexus stays in the family. Both my brothers have an '01 GS300 and '02 IS300.

I also have a '93 MR2 Turbo.

Other than that, I friggin love my GS.

I've got my 01 GS300
other half drives a 92 SC400
and we have a 95 manual corolla.

his mom and sister both drive newer Corollas (one regular, one an S. both manual)
i don't know if we'll ever own anything else
