Welcome, I'll second lower ball joints and caster arm bushings, read up on it as ball joint failure is common (and expensive) and related to that bushing being worn.

Thanks for the welcome always nice to see some local support! Where abouts in az are you located? I'm in chandler. @mccrimmon

@Kyle Harty I will definitely look into that as well. I may go aftermarket on some of the suspension component/bushings, but either way I will look into replacements. Thanks for the tips.

Replace that power steering pump ASAP before it kills the alternator that it's leaking fluid onto!

@j$mooth23 I definitely don't have a large sized budget, but after maintenance I plan to get similar mods as on your list except coilovers and swap wheels instead of springs/spacers. But that's all in time.

@sivilvtec that's one of the first thing I plan to do along with timing belt, water pump, tensioners. Also now looking into caster arm bushings, lower ball joints and rack bushing replacements. Thanks for your input though!
