Nope, problem still there.

Also, I had the battery and starter tested again and it read: Starter volt 10.99. Load and no load of the charging system was 12.46v

Ok get your hands on that multimeter so we can take a few readings.

Also, can you take some pics of the battery connections, and the new chassis ground connection?

I just drop the car off at a shop. I told them everything I have done, they to think it is a ground issue. They are going to test everything out and let me know what the problem is. I hope it's something simple.

CleanSC is on point with this..GS' can be a PITA with batt cables, and you can never have too many grounds!

The charging system being at 12.46 volts is way low. Should be 13.6 or higher if the alternator is doing its job.

Sorry for slow update. I ran into some problems with my e36 and had to send her to the shop first.

There was a grounding issue with the car., even after replacing the ground wires. So I just found new grounding points and so far, everything is good. I'll know more later this week, after I hook the stereo back up.
