Default AC compressor pulley not spinning??
I notice that my AC pulley is not spinning when the AC is OFF,Spins when i turn the ac ON,Is this normal for our car?? I got the 2001 GS300..Can anyone check yours see ??? THANKS!

The pulley is probably spinning (unless there is smoke pouring off your belt) but the clutch isn't engaged. The part you see standing still is the clutch.

The AC pulley spins all the time when the car is running, the face place of the pulley will only spin when the AC is engaged.
