Hey everyone my name is Matt. I'm stationed in Japan. First let me say I hope this is the correct place. I drive a 2G Aristo V300 Vertex edition. It has a 2JZGTE. I'm slammed on color matched pearl white19" trafficstars. I got a few things done to the car. Amp, sub, Tein coil overs, Blitz Nur spec single exhaust, Greddy FMIC, intake, purple LED City lights. Car has black and tan interior with Blackwood trim.

I will be doing a lot more once my RX7 sells and hoping to rebarrel my trafficstars for a way more aggressive fitment. Eventually on the list is a newer shade of white pearl as I am not fond of the Egg Shell Pearl White. I also will be bagging it once I leave the Army and am in civilian mode in about a year and a half. I am also on VSC forums. I have owned this car 2 months now and absolutely leave loved Lexus/Toyota and the VIP Scene for quite a few years. Almost had a 2G GS430 back in 2007 but had orders to Korea that put a dent into my plans, and then a deployment put a dent in once again. This time I won. Anyways seems to be a nice place around here I been lurking over the years.

Very nice , How are you going to ship back stateside? Had a nice car in phillipines had to sell it before I left base. I had a jdm supra. I was heart broken ... just wondering have they relax shipping of jdm vehicles. I was at Clark AFB. been to Okinawa had a blast know you are also.

I been here almost 3 years. I'm actually staying here when I get out. My very soon to be wife (in a week or two) is a GS employee that doesn't have a 5 year rule. I'll have to do prob a 1 year tour in Korea most likely then I will be out. She is going to drive it while I'm gone till I get back. My goal is to keep it until she retires. (about 25 more years) then take it back as a classic VIP car but.... A lot can change between now and then so it's not even a realistic thought right now lol.

Thanks guys.

@redtallman I was in Korea from 07-08 so I know how cold it gets. Especially at Rodriguez Iring Range and Twin Bridges Training Area. If I go back for a year it's ok. I don't think I will miss the Army though. I'll have 8 1/2 when I get out and it's time to get a Civilian IT Job.

@hatteroo I go TDY to mainland sometimes. Being that I also own a FD3S RX7 well until it sales, mainland has its perks by all means but I love the lazy island life.

@tmf2004 not really interested in sending mine back anytime in the next 25 years so I'll be ok. There is always work-arounds and anything over 25 can go back easy anyways. I don't plan on leaving with the exception of finishing up my last year after December.
