Try a few things (only going by the similar problem I have)

Lock all by hand, pull up on all door handles. If you hear a click on one of the door handles, the actuator is getting stuck.

Also, check if one of your door sensors is not working. Open each door one by one and see if the dome light turns on with each door, most likely thats the problem. I've never stopped to think about the pattern, but there IS a locking pattern to follow for it to beep. Yea, sounds retarded, but thats something I do every day due to my passenger door sensor out.

BTW, welcome to the Club!

You said some lights are working, so does that mean one of the doors does not turn the dome light on?

Does anything happen when you push a button? I had the same problem for a few years before I decided to re program it. Its a bit hard to reprogram with a busted actuator, but its doable. If nothing happens, then I suggest replacing battery and reprogramming it.

How long did it take you to reprogram it? how do I reprogram it? or should I replace the battery first?
